Kraft mac and cheese - Kraft Macaroni n cheese

I am very disappointed, frustrated, and just mad about this whole situation. First I have been eating your mac and cheese for probably 32 years. I will only eat your brand. So imagine my surprise when I made a box and it tasted awful. Ok I think it's just a fluke, so I make the other box, again it was awful. The cheese was faint yellow, had no taste, and was a waste of my ingredients. I bought a pack of 5, Trolls shape. So now I am weary of buying anymore as of now. I was frustrated when I tried to find out how to complain, I called and after many days of trying I get through. I waited 32 minutes, and finally said I'm done and hung up the phone. I tried looking up how to contact you and finally found this site.
