Kraft Foods Hickory Country Bacon - Hickory Country Bacon
After 3yrs. of searching and buying every brand of bacon I saw I thought I had found the perfect Bacon. I found Hickory Country Bacon at a new store that opened in Parsons Ks.I knew it was right the moment I saw it. Very, very thin and probably 90% fat. That's right! Most people would complain about that, but for me it was perfect. I bought 4 packages and I reget that, should have bought 12 or 20. It was only a special and then it was gone. Couldn't even get it at WALMART and their supposed to have everything. Very sad! Then King Cash Savers in Parsons Ks. brought it back, another special 1.99 a package. I was so exited. I was going to buy as many as I could, but they were nearly out by time I got into town and the moment I looked at it I knew it was not the same bacon. I t was thick and it was meaty. Not good!!! I did get 3 packages but I was leery and I was right. It was tough and hard, had the same good taste but I could not eat it. It did not crisp up and fall apart in my mouth, it was like a rock. Very disappointed.
